Mission
The UMD Kirby Student Center's Bulldogs United in Leadership Development is designed to train and develop student leaders using the Social Change Model of Leadership Development.

The program consists of six workshops oriented around goal setting, experiential reflection, and each of the Social Change Model's primary value categories.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Participants will be able to articulate their core values and understand how these influence their leadership style and decision-making.
2. Participants will demonstrate the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and engage in collaborative problem-solving within diverse teams.
3. Participants will recognize the value of active citizenship and consider the ways they can be involved in civic and community-based efforts.
4. Participants will reflect on their leadership experiences and will articulate how these experiences will benefit their future academic, career, and personal lives.

Mission
S.E.R.V.E. is a student-led volunteer group on the UMD campus.

-We help get students out into the community to volunteer with an array of different organizations.
-Our group is ideal for students who need volunteer hours for class, are looking to build a resume, or just to have fun!
-Our meetings are every other Wednesday at 6:30 PM in the Kirby Split Rock Room starting week two of the semester. The Split Rock Room is located on the third floor of the Kirby Student Center next to the dining center.
-The mission of S.E.R.V.E. is to strengthen campus-community relationships by empowering students to demonstrate social awareness and responsibility. Students develop leadership skills through service learning that improves the quality of campus life and life in the Duluth/Twin Ports' communities.
