Mission
We are a mental health awareness group that focuses on suicide prevention and ways to end the stigma against mental health conditions.

We are here to support anyone who has been affected by suicide/mental health in any way! We also offer resources and information to anyone who feels they need help.
YouMatter teams up each year with mental health-related non-profit organizations to assist in fundraising, along with other student organizations within the UMD campus.
Anyone can join--whether they want to talk about their personal experience, be an advocate for others, or have fun and make positive relationships!
