Details

First practices of the year, and we want you to join us! Expect to throw the frisbee around, meet new and returning players, run some drills, and play some scrimmage. Anyone is welcome! Bring a water bottle, plastic molded cleats (NO METAL) or good-gripping running shoes, and a white and dark shirt. Please show up early and ready to run with cleats on by 7:00 PM.
