We get it, you're new to UMD and/or Duluth and want to meet people, have some fun and maybe go on a date or two. Dating apps may seem like the perfect way to do all three, but... how do you stay safe when you're away from home, in an unfamiliar environment without as many of your normal fail safes in place?
